1.Smile. and laugh. Even if you don't mean it, you'll feel better.

4.Hang out with positive people.Don't listen to sad songs/people who want to get you down. Listen to Jamey Jasta from Hatebreed instead. He got alot of 'inspirational' words that can kick u up in the ass back to reality.

5.Be spontaneous. Sometimes a consistent and boring routine can make you feel bad. G singgah layan bundle on weekdays.

6.For a special thrill, perform acts of kindness anonymously so that the person benefiting does not know that you're responsible. If you don't understand this, watch the French film "Amélie"

7.Focus on the positive thing and be grateful for what you have. If you don't understand this, watch Bersamamu TV3

Road Trip last weekend

Key Learnings:

1. Jalan naik/turun Cameron Highland boleh tahan gak adventure nyer.. But unlike Genting, Cameron Highland still sejuk. Jgn minum byk kalau tak nak terkencing 10x sehari.

2. Kat atas ni pon bleh jamm? Duh.

3. Lain kali jgn dtg kenduri kawin org kul 5 ptg. Kerusi meja lauk pengantin suma dah bungkus.

4. Drive malam2 ikut jalan lama Teluk Intan - KL via Rawang memang horror.

5. Org tamak selalu rugi. Walaupon perut kenyang gile, tapi tetap rugi gak.

*Venus Flytrap ni cool siut. RM23 sepasu.. next time naik kena beli nih.

*emm...pokok teh..

*Menara Teluk Intan ni betul2 senget ke, kepala kita yg senget ni beb?

BUT if you can get pass that, realized its 2008 and not the 1990s and didnt put too much expectation on it... you will find it is still a good one. Not a masterpiece, but you have to give it credit for trying. Ade lagu tajuk Catcher in The Rye beb. Overall, its actually not too bad!

While the latest Keane's Perfect Symmetry going 80s ( aiseyy..wheres the sweet melancholy melodies?) and Snow Patrol's A Hundred Million Suns trying to be 'epic' (16min song? oh come on..nak jadi Dream Theater ke?), The Killers' latest Day and Age stick to the old formula in their last 2 release (3 if you count Sawdust)... and it works. Get ready nak dengar 1st single Human hari2 kat radio. Kalau suka The Killers dari dulu, this one wont dissapoint.

And speaking of Snow Patrol, i just heard Leona Lewis cover their song Run. I dont usually like pop stars butchering rock songs ( ingat Beyonce, Britney, and Pink cover "We Will Rock You"? arghhh rosak!) , but this one cool gak. She really can sing la.. I approved..haha.

Jenazah allahyarham, 84, yang mengalami sakit tua dan dimasukkan ke Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia minggu lepas, akan dikebumikan di tanah perkuburan Islam Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur selepas Asar.

Beliau adalah ketua Angkatan Wanita Sedar (AWAS) yang berganding bahu dengan Angkatan Pemuda Insaf (API) bersama Ahmad Boestamam, ketua API dan juga pengasas Parti Rakyat Malaysia (PRM) telah membakar semangat sebilangan pemuda-pemudi Tanah Melayu mengangkat senjata menentang penjajah.

Shamsiah menyertai Rejimen ke-10 iaitu sayap Melayu PKM.

Beliau bersama suaminya Ibrahim, bertugas di China, Indonesia dan Vietnam dalam rangka meniup semangat nasionalisme kepada penduduk Asia Tenggara yang masih di bawah penjajahan.

Selepas terpisah daripada PKM, beliau terus berada di China menyambung hidupnya dengan bekerja di kilang besi.

Beliau sekeluarga akhirnya kembali ke Malaysia pada 23 Julai 1994, selepas termetrainya Perjanjian Damai antara PKM dengan kerajaan Malaysia dan kerajaan Thailand pada 1989.

Setelah pulang ke tanah air, beliau menghabiskan sisa kehidupannya atas stigma sebagai seorang bekas komunis.
